Modern Requirements earns #1 spot in SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Report 2023

Modern Requirements Receives Gold Award, Earning the Number One Spot in 2023 Data Quadrant Best Requirements Management Solution Report by SoftwareReviews

TORONTO, [August 1st, 2023] – Modern Requirements, the leading requirements management solutions provider has copped the number one spot in the 2023 Requirements Management Data Quadrant Awards from SoftwareReviews, earning the Gold Medal for the third time consecutively. SoftwareReviews is a division of Info-Tech Research Group, a third-party, independent IT research and advisory firm.

Each year, SoftwareReviews’ Data Quadrant Awards recognize outstanding software providers in the technology marketplace, as evaluated by users. The awards evaluate and rank products based exclusively on authentic in-depth feedback from IT and business professionals who have used the software. The Data Quadrant measures the complete software experience to provide a comprehensive perspective on product features and capabilities compared to the provider relationship. The placement of a software provider in the Data Quadrant indicates its categorization, as well as its relative ranking. Software providers who have the highest rankings across all categories are eligible to receive the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Gold Medal Award.

Modern Requirements topped the Quadrant by earning an overall Composite Score of 8.8/10 and a best-in-class +94 Net Emotional Footprint score. Providers receive user satisfaction scores across software capabilities, product features, likeliness to recommend, and provider experience, which are aggregated to result in emotional response ratings, an insight called the Net Emotional Footprint. The score is a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the provider and its product – all from the software users’ point of view. The Composite Score is the average of the Net Emotional Footprint score, Modern Requirement’s capabilities as a vendor, the features of the product itself and the likeliness of the customers to recommend the tool.

Earlier this year, the company also dominated the requirements management category by receiving the Champion award for the Emotional Footprint Report for 2023, which is based on customer satisfaction and overall user sentiment across 27 elements of the provider relationship. The data published is collected from real end users and meticulously verified. See the full report here.

The end-user survey aggregates satisfaction with features and capabilities as well as with multiple dimensions of the provider relationship, including strategy, service experience, product experience, conflict resolution, and the contracting process.

Vendor support, ease of data integration, breadth of features and business value created, are some of the highest-rated capabilities associated with Modern Requirements, resulting in a 100% rating for Plan to Renew, with 100% of those surveyed loving the tool Modern Requirements4DevOps and 89% of whom found it critical to their professional success.

SoftwareReviews also compares and evaluates other vendors in the market using the most in-depth and unbiased analyst reports. Modern Requirements is ranked the highest among the Requirements Management vendors reported, such as Jama Connect, Visure Requirements, Inflectra SpiraTeam, Orcanos, Polarion ALM, IBM Doors Next and Codebeamer.

“Modern Requirements4DevOps is a totally unique product that is the basic need of every organization. It allows us to complete our tasks in less time and without flaws. Modern Requirements4DevOps makes it easier to build complex workflows with ease. We use the tool for task and project management, and it proved that it is the only solution that can help us from start to end in a better way,” said Annette B, Information Technology Customer.

Modern Requirements receives SOC 2 Type 2 Attestation

TORONTO, [December 15th, 2022] – Modern Requirements, the leading requirements management solutions provider for Microsoft’s Azure DevOps software, has announced that it has completed its SOC 2 Type Attestation based on a recently completed audit by Deloitte. The audit and subsequent attestation showcases Modern Requirement’s commitment to safety and security.

A SOC 2 attestation is a report on a firm’s ability to ensure that the principles and trust services criteria of Security, Availability, Process Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy are provided to its client through its services. Provided by an independent third-party auditor, it involved an in-depth study of how well Modern Requirement’s security program functions over an extended period. The report examined how well the security program meets the company’s objectives consistently and in real-time and provided deep insights into Modern Requirement’s security practices.

Since Modern Requirements is also a partner of the Microsoft Corporation; well-designed complementary subservice organization controls are necessary, along with in-software controls. This serves as further validation that the right internal controls and processes are in place to achieve Modern Requirements’ service commitments and service requirements based on the applicable trust services criteria.

We are thrilled to announce that Modern Requirements has received SOC2 certification,” said Modern Requirements’ CEO, Asif Sharif. “This recognition is a testament to our commitment to providing the highest level of security and service to our clients. They can trust that we have the necessary controls in place to meet their requirements and expectations.”
